 | Receiving / Pallet Creation
Receive by purchase order or
container, with manual or RF posting of the receipt.
Track the lots and serial numbers of received
products. Receive to default Loading Dock staging bin.
RF Pallet Creation, automatically assigns a pallet
number and prints a pallet license plate to track item
/ pallet movement.

| Product Movement
Automatically create moving
tickets for received items and bin replenishment based
on picking lane requirements and bulk stock merges.
Scan the "from" location, the item or pallet being
moved, and the "to" location to immediately and
automatically transfer the quantity to the newly
assigned bin. Keep detailed movement history for each
product.

View and select sales orders
and warehouse transfer orders for individual or wave
picking. View the selected orders and group orders for
picking based on weight, cubic measure, quantity, or
line items then choose to create consolidated or
individual pick tickets. Review the current picking in
progress and analyze the performance by Area, Zone and
Picker.

| Picking
Support for manual paper based
or RF picking. Automatically generate a pick ticket
that will display the items based on Area, Zone, Path
and Bin sequence. Use RF to scan the bin and the item
being picked and verify that the correct bin, item and
quantity were picked and move the item to the user's
staging bin. Automatically generate a bar coded
picking label to track the tote or pallet used for
picking the order.

| Order Verification
Verify the items that have
been picked against customer orders. Verify that the
correct item and quantity was picked for the order.
Enter any serial numbers or lot numbers that may be
required. Track Box (carton) to designate which items
are in a specific box. Enter in the weight, ship-via,
freight charges and the tracking number of each box.
Backorder any items that have been short shipped and
automatically total all the cartons and freight
charges for the order. Print a packing list or an
invoice. Designate the orders being shipped on a
specific truck and generate a bill of lading if
required. Generate for EDI orders, UCC-128 labels and
856 Advance Ship Notices.

| Warehouse Transfers
Automatically or manually
create warehouse transfers for both inter-location and
inter-company transfers. Suggested transfers based on
the usage, transfer lead-time and minimum requirements
of each location. Review suggested transfers and
adjust the stock allocations for each item by
location. Release transfer to the order manager
program for picking.

| Cycle and Physical Counting
Control and gauge the
accuracy of current inventory records that are
maintained in the locator system with Cycle and
Physical Counting programs. Automatic cycle counting
takes place continuously based on the cycle class code
assigned in the Item master file. The cycle count
process writes transaction records, prints count
sheets, allows RF-based counting and produces variance
reports. Full physical inventory counting is supported
using wireless terminals or count sheets. Detailed
inquiries display all counting activity and variances
reported. |
