This choice would be a "turnkey" type of service that many customers demand.

7. Training
We provide training on the following topics as required by the customer: Operating system installed, applications installed, hardware functions.
 
8. Help Desk (24/7 Support)
This is an optional service that we provide to customers that require additional telephone assistance during office hours, or after hours and on the weekends. This service would allow your employees to call us about doubts, problems or questions they may have on the applications that we have installed.
